Apart from filling in the initial questionnaire, I had nothing else to worry about. All my questions had a prompt answer. All my doubts dissolved into thin air. Every issue turned into a thing of the past.

Lutz Real Estate is completely managed the process of selling our flat and thanks to their enthusiastic approach it was sold less than 2 weeks for a price more than we expected.
Daphne is provided us great service, was absolutely professional, honest and transparent. She clearly demonstrated years of experience, good market knowledge, and insight.

Onze makelaar is heel vriendelijk, goed geïnformeerd en professioneel. Ze werkte in de avonden door om alles voor ons te regelen. Hart voor de zaak. Ondanks de hoge kwaliteit ook zeer betaalbaar.
We hebben de woning binnen een week verkocht en kijken uit naar ons volgende huis.

Toen ik het appartement aan de Nieuwe Parklaan zag langskomen wist ik meteen dat dat voor mij was bestemd. Maar ongetwijfeld zullen anderen daar ook zo over hebben gedacht. Geheel tegen mijn natuur ben ik er als een haai achteraan gegaan, en ontmoette op dat pad de zeer begripvolle Ismael. Hij regelde een spoedbezoek; hij verwerkte diezelfde avond nog mijn paperassen en stuurde die aan de eigenaar door; hij hield me van dag tot dag op de hoogte van de voortgang; en hij wist mij in Barcelona te traceren om het goede nieuws door te geven. Bij de sleuteloverdracht kreeg ik van Lutz een heuse goodybag kado. De werkelijke goody was hun perfecte klantgerichtheid en 24/7 bereikbaarheid. Het was een genot om met Lutz te werken. Daphne is the best you will find in The Hague! She helped us in Summer 2014 looking for rentals and again in 2015 with the purchase of our home. She is super friendly, knows everything you need to know and nothing is ever too much. I highly recommend Lutz!

Het gaat hartstikke goed met ons. Ik ben vorige maand afgestudeerd en ga nu ook starten op mijn nieuwe werk. We wonen nog steeds naar ons zin op de Prins Bernhardlaan. Het appartement bevalt goed en ook de buurt. Bovendien zijn we erg tevreden over onze verhuurder. Onlangs was de vaatwasser stuk en toen heeft hij deze direct vervangen. Alles naar onze zin dus.
